We Lotte Garments provide development samples service for clients.

Free Sample just only for our VIP customers, for new customers we also only charge the basic cost.

When asking sample requests, we will suggest customer get a fabric swatch first to check the quality of fabric if you are not familiar with the material, and have no idea about what option is the best. It will save much cost on samples. A customized logo also can be provided. It can be put on a t-shirt or used for the main label or else. For samples to check the quality, normally the printing quality, workmanship quality, and other details. So just one sample with the correct decorations will be enough.

50~100 pcs can be allowed, fabric options and colors will be provided

Q: What’s your sample policy？
A: 1. If you just want to see whether the fabric style, technology or the printing is good quality, then just need shipping fee to get one sample we already have,like all kind of t shirts, polo shirts, hoodies & sweatshirts, pants etc.
2. If need to see your own logo design effect, such as printed/embroidery custom logo or any items new that we don’t have in hand, then sample fee is needed to arrange fabric, logo design initial fee to digitizing the logo from picture to a printing pattern or a embroidery pattern and custom labels(neck label, size label,wash label etc),
3. Digital initial fee is one-time fee(unless you use new logo design, if only a little adjust acceptable). This fee will be refunded or deducted from amount upon place an order meet with our MOQ.
